Who is a first-year applicant?
You are considered a first-year applicant if you:
- Are currently in high school and will graduate before enrolling at Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»
- Have graduated from high school but have not attended another college or university
- Have completed college coursework through dual enrollment while in high school
Students who have attended another college or university after graduating high school should apply as a transfer student.

Application deadlines
December 1 – early action deadline
Apply by December 1 for early admission consideration for:
- Le Puy Founders' Full-Tuition Scholarship
Admission decisions are released by mid-January. Early action is not a binding commitment.
January 15 – priority application deadline
Apply by January 15 for priority consideration for:
- Direct Entry Nursing
- Marymount Education Foundation Full-Tuition Scholarship
Admission decisions are released by the end of February. Priority application is not a binding commitment.
Applying to nursing
Students interested in the Direct Entry Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program must submit their application by January 15 to receive priority consideration.
Rolling admission
Applications continue to be reviewed after January 15 as space permits.
International applicants must apply by August 1. Students outside the United States who require an F-1 visa are encouraged to apply by May 1 to allow enough time for the visa process.

Scholarships for first-year students
Earn merit scholarships automatically.
Every admitted first-year student is automatically considered for a renewable merit scholarship based on their high school GPA. No separate scholarship application is required.
